一、特点 Features

  我们都知道鼓型橡胶护舷，是由橡胶护舷本体、钢制防冲板和贴面板(钢结构)组合而成的；我公司生产的鼓型橡胶护舷，其具有以下这些特点：

 Cell rubber fender consists of rubber fender body , steel frame and frontal pads;Cell rubber fender has following advantages:

1、形状设计较为合理，其具有更高的应力分散性，压缩变形量可达到55%，使用寿命长；

Reasonable shape-design and higher strees dispersion , the compression deflection can reach

up to 55%, and in long life servies;

2、在单位反力的情况之下，护舷吸能量肯定较高的；

Higher energy absorption under the condition of unit reaction force;

3、当我们船在倾斜靠泊的时候，斜向靠泊性能变化相对变小；

Little performance decreasing deflction just as the fender is compressed when vessel is

angle berthing;

4、护舷顶部面积大，安置防冲板，大大减少作用于船舶傍板的面压力，即降低面压；

Steel frame can be installed on the top of the fender owing to its large area , which can

reducing the surface pressure when vessel berths;

5、钢结构(防冲板)上安装塑料贴面板,摩擦系数小,降低了靠泊剪切力；

Low coefficient of friction as UHMW-PE boad is installed on the steel structure(steel frame)

reduces  shear stress when vessel is berthing ;

6、本系列的鼓型橡胶护舷可以有效地停靠从50000～300000DWT级的大型船舶。
